WEDDING PLANNING, STYLING AND COORDINATION

I want to help you navigate the chaotic and sometimes overwhelming world of wedding planning. Your wedding day should be the best day of your lives, celebrating your love, the way you always imagined. Let me take care of the details, so that you can savour every moment, without a hint of stress.

The Essential Details

$2500

On the Day Coordination for the couples who have taken wedding planning in their stride, all the hard work is done but now its the big day and you want to actually enjoy yourselves! I will be there on the day to manage the logistics, timelines and ensure your vision comes to life so you and your loved ones can celebrate the day without having to lift a finger.

  • One pre-wedding meeting

  • Week prior confirmation with all vendors 

  • Creation of run sheet and distribution to vendors

  • 8 hours on the day coordination

  • Supervise vendor bump in and supplier set up,

  • Placement of small personal items (place cards, menus, signage)

  • Welcome and usher your guests to ceremony location

  • Communicate and coordinate cues with celebrant and musician(s) for ceremony entrance (getting you down the aisle)

  • Communicate and coordinate cues with MC and muscian/DJ for reception entrance (time to party!) 

  • Travel to Hunter Valley included

  • Option to add on set-up and styling package

The Finer Details

starting from $5200

Partial planning, styling and coordination package, perfect for those who have a vision in mind but would like that extra support to pull it all together.  We will work together to ensure your wedding looks beautiful, cohesive and curated.  If you want a stress free lead up to your wedding day (who doesn't!?) and someone on the day to ensure everything looks beautiful and all runs smoothly, then this package is for you.

  • Two pre-wedding meetings, incl design consultation to define your styling vision for the day. 

  • Unlimited phone and email support 

  • Vendor and logistics management from 8 weeks prior to the big day

  • Creation of run sheet and distribution to vendors

  • Compilation of on the day event and styling brief 

  • Creation of Floor plan and furniture placement

  • Seating chart assistance

  • Sourcing all styling items, incl hire, furniture, lighting and stationary (quotes provided to you to ensure we remain in budget)

  • 8-10 hours on the day coordination (until the formalities conclude)

  • Set up and styling of all your styling pieces, incl x1 assistant stylist

  • Supervise vendor bump in and supplier set up

  • Travel to Hunter Valley incl
